Shipping & Handling:

LIME DIVA Uses shipping by FEDEX and USPS Priority and 1^st Class. Our rates are the actual rates charged from each shipper based on the weight and shipping address(es) of your order. During the check out process, you will be given the available shipping options after you enter the shipping address(es). Choose what's best for you! Please note that FEDEX Home Delivery does deliver on Saturdays, but not Sunday and Monday.  Expedited services do not count weekend days in their delivery times. Lime Diva reserves the right to use the best shipping method available based on what and where your order is shipping.

Shipping is FREE on purchases of $ 59.99 or more! (Continental United States Shipments only). In the event of a return or refund on free shipments, buyers will be charged $7.95 for return shipping.

Personalized items ship directly from the manufacturer and usually take 2 -3 weeks. In order for personalized items to be received by Christmas orders MUST be placed no later than October 20.

Shipping times during Holidays seasons vary and may take an extra few days to arrive. Please allow for this.

International Shipping:

LIME DIVA currently ships Internationally to United Kingdom and Canada using FedEx Ground or USPS Global Priority Mail. Deliveries may take up to 14 days depending on how fast they clear customs. Buyers are responsible for additional customs or duty charges and VAT Tax. International shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return or exchange. All return shipping charges and fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
