General Return Requirements

We will gladly except returns for unused merchandise for up to 30 days after order is shipped.

Please email us with your:

• Invoice Number
• Name and Address
• Reason for Return

Authorization Number

Once you meet the above requirements, we will give you a return authorization number. This number should be written clearly on the outside of the box to insure proper credit.

Shipment Damage

If your item is damaged in shipment, please notify us within 3 days and we will send return shipping label. Save all boxes and packing materials in the case of damaged items.
